Summer Cocktail
--------------------

Requirements:

*Sitting (preferably sideways) tube of approximately 535 pixels high

*Plug-in filter Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Textures

1. Open your tube, mask and scrapkit in PSP

2. File – new – 650 x 650 pixels - color #eae4d8 (color of the forum) 3.

Layers – new raster layer

4. Selections – select all

5. Activate from the scrap pp3
Edit – copy

6. Back to your image
Edit – paste into selection

7. Selections – select none

8. Activate your mask Mask_Viv_0038 9.

Layers – new mask layer – from image – search in the source window Mask_Viv_0038
Checkmark luminance of source / no checkmark anywhere else 10.

Layers – merge – merge group

11. Activate from the scrap frame2
Edit - copy

12. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

13. Image - resize - resize with 75% - uncheck resize all layers
This is immediately correct

14. Activate your magic wand and now click in the middle of the frame

15. Selections - modify - expand with 15 pixels

16. Layers - new raster layer

17. Activate from your scrap pp2
Edit - copy

18. Back to image
Edit - paste into selection

19. Selections - select none.

20. Layers - arrange - move down

21. Activate in your layer palette the top raster layer (the frame)

22. Effects - drop shadow:

Vertical 3
Horizontal 3
Opacity 35
Blur 5
Color black

23. Activate Selection tool
and set to Rectangle with the following settings

24. Now draw a rectangle on your frame2 like on the print:

25. Activate from your scrap element sea
Edit - copy

26. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

27. Activate your move tool and move this layer a bit down until only a piece of sand remains 28.

Selections - invert and now click on delete

29. Layers - arrange - move down

30. Selections - select none.

31. Activate in your layer palette the top layer

32. Activate from your scrap element palmfrond
Edit - copy

33. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

34. Image - resize - resize with 70% - no checkmark at resize all layers 35. Adjust

- sharpness - sharpen

36. Effects - drop shadow - They are still correct

37. With your mover move this layer to the left of the frame 38.

Activate from your scrap element sand
Edit - copy

39. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

40. Image - resize - resize with 70 % - unchecked resize all layers

41. With your mover you put this sand at the bottom of the frame. (see example)

42. Activate from your scrap flowers2
Edit - copy

43. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

44. Image - resize - resize with 70% - no checkmark at resize all layers

45. Effects - drop shadow - They are still correct

46. With your mover you put these flowers2 at the bottom left on the sand and the frame.

47. Activate from your scrap element cocktail2
Edit - copy

48. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

49. Image - resize - resize with 55% - do not check resize all layers 50.

With your mover put cocktail2 at the bottom left in front of the flowers

51. Effects - drop shadow - They are still correct

52. Activate from your scrap sunglasses
Edit - copy

53. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

54. Image - resize - resize with 28% - no checkmark at resize all layers 55. With

your mover you put this layer at the bottom left next to the cocktail (see example)

56. Effects - drop shadow - They are still correct

57. Activate from your scrap parrot
Edit - copy 58.

Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

59. Image - resize - resize with 50% - uncheck resize all layers

60. Effects - drop shadow - They are still correct

61. Image - mirror - mirror horizontal  

62. With your move tool you place this parrot on the narrow edge of the frame (see example)

63. Activate your tube
Edit - copy

64. Back to image
Edit - paste as new layer

65. With your move tool move the tube as far to the right as possible

66. Effects - drop shadow - They are still correct

67. Now place the copyright and license of your tube if necessary.

68. Activate now in your layer palette raster 3

69. Effects - plug-ins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Textures - Texture Noise with these settings:

TAG LESSON Print310

70. Edit - copy - copy merged

71. Open Animation Shop
Edit - paste as new animation

72. Back to PSP
Click on arrow: undo action

73. Effects - plug-ins - Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Textures - Texture Noise
Click on Random Seed

74. Edit - copy - copy merged

75. To Animation Shop
Edit - paste after active frame

76. Repeat 2x from point 71 to 74
Until you have 4 frames

77. Edit - select all

78. Animation - properties for frame at 30

79. Now look at your animation through browser.

80. File - save as - name your creation - save - next - next - next - finish
