Edit-Copy / all levels

open your animation shop and paste your picture as a new animation.


11th

Back in PSP undo the last two steps

Turn again Snowflakes to the same settings only change

Random seed on 2

then again motion blur same settings.

Edit-Copy / All Layers and in the Animation Shop

Paste after the currently selected frame.


12th

Back in PSP undo the last two steps

Snowflakes apply the same settings only set Random Seed to 4

Motion blur same settings.


13th

Edit-Copy / All Layers and in the Animation Shop

Paste after the currently selected frame.

If you like the animation then save your image as gif.
